Method
Sift the plain flour and Samaposha into a large bowl. Add the diced butter and either rub in with your fingertips until the mixture resembles wet sand. Add the salt and mix again.
Gradually add the cold coconut milk a little at a time, until the mixture comes together to form a dough. Gently bring it together with your hands, then shape into a disc.
Wrap in cling film and chill for at least 20 minutes before using.
After 20 min, butter a removable bottom tart pan and spread the dough on it.
Blind bake this for 10 min at 180C.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, grated nutmeg.
Add in the minced soya and sautéed onions.
Carefully pour into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle the cheese on top of the egg mixture and return to the oven.
Bake for 30-40 min at 180C or until a toothpick inserted to the centre comes out clean.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
