Step1

Marinate the chicken with yogurt and tandoori masala for at least 1 hour.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.

Add pureed tomatoes, garam masala, chili powder, turmeric, and cumin. Stir well.

Step5

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through.

Step6

Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
